Our team can bring into reality any themed decor that the client envisions in traditional and non-traditional venues, including styles like contemporary modern, country chic, baroque, eclectic, rustic, beachy, traditional, vintage and even the non-existent!  Event Design & Decor

Eventorist can transform any space into anything the client dreams of. We can achieve romantic, dramatic, avant-gard, elegant, and even majestic or regal effects by properly coordinating all the parts of the decoration; which encompasses from event layout, table top decor, linens, lamps and candles, to furniture rentals, tents, reception backdrops, lighting design, drapery, ceiling treatments, large-scale ceremony structures and installations, and even custom-made furniture. We also take into consideration the religion of the couple for wedding events and brand-related colors and special design for corporate events,

as well as absolutely personalized creations for kids’ special occasions like Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16 or Quinceañera, just to name a few. 

 Event Planning & Coordination

This is one of Melisa’s favorites roles within the production house, where she can engage in the full planning as well as the same day of the event coordination. She elaborates a timeline with everything needed and carefully tracks the full evolution of the process. She can coordinate literally everything for the bride: make-up artist and stylist, sending the invitations or save-the-date cards, the event’s music band, photography & video, gown search, rehearsal dinners, officiant, and even comparative charts of multiple venues. Not to leave behind the catering, tux, dresses rental, “crazy hour” giveaways like masks or confetti, food tasting, and the list goes on and on. Melisa not only helps clients choose the right vendor for you, but she can also coordinate them for the day of the event. This vast list of things-to-do is fully customizable. She also researches hotel packages according to the client’s needs, airplane tickets bookings and welcoming gifts; baskets for those guests traveling from abroad.
